Boomerang in Amsterdam Noord is seeking a Senior Strategist to define and drive strategy across brand, culture and communications. You will translate business challenges and audience insights into strategic platforms that guide content, creative and distribution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more.

You will work with creative, media, social, production and account teams, shaping work that is strategically sharp, culturally relevant and built to perform.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in strategy roles within creative, digital or social agencies.
• Shaping campaigns, brand platforms and integrated communications.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, communications frameworks and cultural dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated communication strategies across campaigns, brand platforms and social ecosystems.
• Develop sharp, insight-driven briefs anchoring creative work in a strategic idea.
• Shape and challenge creative development to ensure distinctive, culturally relevant ideas.
• Ensure platform thinking strengthens ideas across channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Partner with creative, media, social, production and account teams to deliver integrated solutions.
