Job summary

Finest People in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Social Specialist who blends strategy with hands-on execution in social advertising. You will translate client briefs into strategic and tactical social plans and act as a senior sparring partner to drive results across campaigns.

You will manage and optimise campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and Pinterest, analyse performance data and collaborate with clients, creative partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant experience in social advertising / performance marketing.
• Experience within a media, performance or digital agency is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience with both Meta and TikTok – this is a must.
• Experience independently setting up, managing, monitoring and optimising campaigns.
• Experience with client advisory and client communication.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data.
• Experience working with different stakeholders and campaign partners.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Excellent command of English, Dutch is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Translating client briefings into strategic and tactical social plans.
• Advising clients on social media, advertising and the latest developments.
• Developing, setting up, managing and optimising social advertising campaigns.
• Working with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and Pinterest.
• Analysing campaign performance and translating data into concrete optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinating between clients, creative partners and internal specialists.
• Reporting on results and proactively advising on next steps.
• Spotting growth opportunities within existing clients and pursuing these together with the client team.
• Sharing knowledge and acting as a subject-matter mentor for less experienced colleagues.
