Job summary

GoSpooky is seeking a TikTok Shop Operator Intern (Dutch speaking) in Amsterdam. You will support day‑to‑day TikTok Shop affiliate management, creator onboarding, and livestream activities while learning how brands scale their social commerce presence.

You will work closely with the Social Commerce team, gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing digital commerce areas, and help maintain creator databases and performance trackers.

Qualifications

• Third- or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Interest in social commerce, creator marketing and evolving e-commerce landscape.
• Well-organized with ability to manage trackers and administrative tasks.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day TikTok Shop affiliate management across multiple brands.
• Identify and screen creators for brand campaigns.
• Maintain creator databases and operational trackers.
• Invite targeted creators to join affiliate campaigns and support onboarding.
• Assist with creator outreach and campaign follow-ups.
• Help optimize affiliate workflows and improve team efficiency.
• Support livestream operations and other TikTok Shop activities as needed.
