Job summary

GoSpooky, a global social agency, seeks a Creative Director (Social) Dutch Speaking to lead a unit focused on premium storytelling blending tech and lifestyle. You will mentor 8-10 creatives and guide the team to develop platform-native content that resonates and exceeds client expectations.

Reporting to the Head of Content, you’ll drive content strategies, stay ahead of trends, and present bold visions to clients for buy-in. Remote work is possible with team agreement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a creative leadership role within a social or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showing high-impact social media campaigns.
• Ability to develop high-craft, emotionally engaging social content combining tech and lifestyle.
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and push teams to deliver impactful work.
• Experience managing a team of creatives.
• Strong understanding of social and pop culture trends.
• Ability to present ideas, secure buy-in, and align teams and clients.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
