Aviko is seeking a Business Development Manager for Snackables in the DACH region. You will own growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, focusing on QSR, foodservice and retail key accounts.

You will build a robust pipeline, convert insights into compelling propositions with Marketing, NPD and Sales, and lead pricing and contract negotiations while protecting revenue and margins. Regular travel to customers and Aviko's Steenderen HQ.

Competenze

• Extensive FMCG commercial experience, ideally in snackables or related categories.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and manage multi-channel portfolios.
• Strong negotiation, pricing and contract management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management across procurement, category and operations.

Mansioni

• Grow strategic snackables accounts across the DACH region's QSR, foodservice and retail channels.
• Build and convert a strong commercial pipeline from prospecting to onboarding.
• Translate customer, consumer and category insights into compelling propositions with Marketing, NPD and Sales.
• Lead pricing, contract and partnership negotiations while protecting revenue and margin.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions profitably.
