Job summary

Looper Engineering is seeking a Team Lead for the SMD and PCBA production in the Brainport region. You will lead production teams on the floor to keep operations running smoothly, drive output and quality, and deliver the daily plan.

The role requires at least two years in a leadership role within manufacturing, an MBO+ level in technical/industrial engineering, and strong leadership and analytical skills. You will work in a two-shift schedule with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a leading role in manufacturing.
• MBO+ level knowledge in technical or industrial engineering.
• Clear leadership skills; inspire, influence and guide a team.
• Analytical skills to use data for decisions and improvements.
• Confidence to make critical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate your team to achieve production goals.
• Monitor production progress and adjust to meet targets.
• Manage daily execution within your department and report to management.
• Optimize the allocation of people, machines and materials.
• Train and coach your team, conduct performance reviews and interviews.
• Understand quality topics and help improve product quality.
• Lead 5S and continuous improvement on the production floor.
• Handle people management, including hiring, development reviews and absence follow-up.
