Are you a born leader with a passion for technology? As a Team Leader in our SMD department, you will play a vital role in Prodrive's PCBA production. You will be responsible for leading various teams, ensuring that the production runs smoothly. Your leadership will drive the team in terms of output, quality and continuous improvement. You will strategically assign the right people to the right positions, guaranteeing that our daily planning is consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Team leadership: inspiring and motivating a team to achieve production goals.
- Output of the manufacturing department: monitor production progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure production output meets the target.
- Daily Performance Management: manage day-to-day execution within your department including reporting to management.
- Resource management: optimize resource allocation for personnel, machines and materials.
- Development of your team: training and coaching including performance review evaluations. Conducting interviews for new employees in your team.
- Quality assurance: understand the quality topics and how to improve the quality of the high complex products.
- Leader in 5S and continuous improvement on the production floor.
- Performs people management such as hiring new employees, conducts performance & development reviews and tasks related to sick leave.
You will work in a team of total 8 team leaders on PBCA in a 2-shift schedule.

What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leading role in a manufacturing environment.
- MBO+ knowledge in Technical or Industrial Engineering through school or experience.
- Leadership skills: clearly demonstrated abilities to inspire, influence and guide individuals or a team to achieve common goals while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Hands‑on attitude: you have a proactive and engaged approach, where you actively participate and take actions to address challenges or tasks.
- Analytical skills: you can collect, interpret, and apply data to make well‑considered decisions, solve problems, and optimize team performance.
- Decision‑making capability: you are not hesitant to make critical decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills.
