Job summary

ASML is seeking a Team Lead to operationally manage a production team in the EF division. You will lead engineers, logistics and development representatives, driving output, planning and continuous improvement in a state‑of‑the‑art, cleanroom environment.

The role requires a technical degree and 4–6 years as a People Leader in manufacturing, with LEAN experience and a proven production-management track record.

Qualifications

• Technical higher vocational level or Bachelor degree; Master considered in technical area
• 4–6 years as People Leader in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in production management
• Experience with LEAN principles
• Experience in improvement projects and complex working environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of engineers and coordinate across functions.
• Realize the planned output of all deliverables of production, conform plan.
• Detailed manpower planning and supervision within quality, delivery time and cost objectives.
• Initiate and drive actions to improve production processes and/or the products.
• Participate in projects related to the introduction of new products in production.
• Ensure proper execution of HRM policies and procedures.
