For one of our advanced manufacturing partners, we are looking for experienced SMT Assembly Engineers to strengthen a team working on next-generation electronics.

This is not standard PCB production. You will be working on cutting‑edge applications where electronics are printed, flexible, stretchable, and even 3D formable.

What you will be doing

As an SMT Assembly Engineer or Technician, you will play a key role in the assembly and quality of high‑end electronic products. Your responsibilities may include:

• Programming and operating SMT machines
• Supporting and optimizing production processes
• Performing inspections using systems such as AOI and flying probe
• Executing PCBA qualification and validation processes
• Performing rework and repair on PCB assemblies
• Troubleshooting production issues and improving efficiency
• Working closely with engineering and R&D teams

What we are looking for

You are a hands‑on specialist with a background in electronics manufacturing and SMT processes.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in SMT assembly
• Experience with one or more of the following:
• SMT machine programming and operation
• Inspection techniques (AOI, flying probe)
• PCBA rework and repair
• Pick & Place machines is a strong pre
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in an innovative, fast‑evolving environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Must be eligible to work in The Netherlands
