Job summary

Looper Engineering is seeking a Team Lead for the SMD and PCBA production in the Brainport region. You will lead production teams on the floor to keep operations running smoothly, drive output and quality, and deliver the daily plan.

The role requires at least two years in a leadership role within manufacturing, an MBO+ level in technical/industrial engineering, and strong leadership and analytical skills. You will work in a two-shift schedule with opportunities for growth and development.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for technology? At Looper Engineering we are looking for a Team Lead for the SMD and PCBA production of a high-tech client in the Brainport region. You lead teams on the production floor, keep production running smoothly and drive output, quality and continuous improvement. You put the right people in the right place and make sure the daily plan is delivered.

The role

• Experience: 2 or more years in a leading role in manufacturing.
• Hours: 40 per week, full time, in a two-shift schedule (early and late shift).
• Salary: competitive, indicatively between €3,300 and €4,900 gross per month depending on experience.
