Job summary

NN Group N.V. is seeking a strategic leader to own and evolve the enterprise skills framework, maintain the taxonomy, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

You will embed skills into Talent Acquisition, Internal Mobility, Career Development and Performance Management to drive transformation. The role requires a Master’s degree, extensive experience leading workforce transformation in international organisations, and deep expertise in designing skills taxonomies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience leading workforce transformation initiatives in international organisations.
• Deep expertise in designing skills frameworks and taxonomies aligned with business strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and change adoption across HR processes.
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve NN's enterprise skills framework and taxonomy.
• Embed skills into HR processes such as Talent Acquisition, Internal Mobility, Career Development, and Performance Management.
• Lead development and implementation of skills-based organisation strategies and drive related change.
• Define business requirements for skills-related technology solutions and act as owner for HR tech capabilities.
