  • You have extensive experience in leading workforce transformation initiatives within complex international organisations
  • You possess deep expertise in designing and implementing skills frameworks and taxonomies that align with business strategies and enhance talent management

You will partner with HR Centres of Expertise and Product Teams to ensure the effective integration of skills into all HR processes, from talent acquisition to career development and succession planning.

Working alongside HR Business Partners, you will align skills frameworks with workforce planning and talent management strategies, ensuring that the organisation's workforce is equipped to meet current and future demands. Additionally, you will engage with Data & Digital teams to leverage insights and technology solutions that enhance skills governance and management.
