Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Signavio Program Manager for a hybrid role across multiple locations. You will lead deployment, adoption, and ongoing support of the Signavio process management program, coordinating with IT, security, and business teams to ensure governance and success.

The role requires 8+ years in BPM/SaaS deployments, strong API knowledge, and experience with Signavio or similar tools. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience including 5+ years leading SaaS deployment programs.
• Demonstrable experience with Signavio or similar BPM tools.
• Strong understanding of APIs, identity controls, and enterprise app architecture.
• Experience with IT service management (incident/change/problem, SLAs).
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive cross-functional change.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; capable of producing training materials.
• Certifications in BPM, ITIL, PMP/Prince2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
• Experience integrating with SAP or other ERP systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Signavio including configuration and testing.
• Own production stability and day-to-day support models with SLA tracking.
• Collaborate with process owners, IT, security, and business teams on governance.
• Configure platform settings, templates, and access controls.
• Design integrations with core systems and APIs; coordinate with engineering.
• Develop training materials and adoption programs for users.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor KPI adoption and uptime.
