Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Leiden, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Manager Finance IT Deployment & Integration Lead to drive end-to-end SAP Finance deployments across the region. You will align finance processes with global standards, coordinate with global program teams, system integrators, and regional stakeholders, and ensure smooth go-live readiness while managing change.

Based in the Netherlands with eligibility to work in the region, the role requires deep SAP experience, deployment and data

Qualifications

20+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP deployments and finance tech programs.
14+ years of experience with SAP ECC6 FI/CO, S/4 HANA in deployment roles (min. 3 years on S/4 HANA).
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in global deployment programs and regional delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment planning and execution for Finance transformation programs across regions.
Coordinate end-to-end integration across Finance, Supply Chain, and external systems.
Develop and manage deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization plans.
Engage with business leaders, deployment teams, and technology groups to ensure adoption.
Co-lead a global team of finance technology professionals across locations.
