Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager to steer the deployment of our global ERP transformation within SAP S/4HANA and supporting platforms. This role will coordinate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to ensure logistics readiness, master data integrity, testing, and cutover activities in a multi-regional environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 6 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP Deployment, Operations or Program Management.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead logistics deployment activities for Transcend program releases and site implementations.
- Coordinate with global process owners and deployment teams on best-practice strategies and timelines.
- Drive readiness assessments and risk mitigation plans for logistics deployments.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and standardized global solutions.
- Track deployment risks, issues, dependencies and communicate updates to leadership.
