Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager to lead logistics readiness and deployment across global ERP transformations, partnering with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT.

The role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and deep logistics expertise to enable standardized processes while ensuring business continuity during deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP Deployment, Operations, or Program Management.
• Experience implementing enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or equivalent ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics deployment activities for Transcend program releases and site implementations.
• Coordinate with global process owners and deployment teams to execute best practice deployment strategies and timelines.
• Drive readiness assessments and risk mitigation plans for logistics workstreams.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and standardized global solutions.
