Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager to lead logistics readiness, deployment planning, and change management during global ERP transformations. The role spans multiple regions, sites, and functions to ensure processes, master data, integrations, testing, training, and change management are delivered successfully.

The position requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and supply chain expertise to enable adoption of standardized logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment activities for Transcend program releases and site implementations.
• Coordinate with global process owners and deployment teams to execute best practice strategies.
• Manage readiness assessments and risk mitigation plans for logistics deployments.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and standardized global solutions.
• Coordinate BST, UAT, training, and cutover activities.
• Develop deployment communications and executive status reporting.
