Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Leiden in the Netherlands is seeking a Signavio Program Manager to lead deployment, adoption, and governance of a global process management program across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver. This hybrid role requires coordinating with IT, process owners and vendors to deliver measurable improvements.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder engagement, experience with Signavio or similar BPM tools, and familiarity with APIs, SAP ERP, and IT service management practices.

Qualifications

8 years of relevant work experience including 5 years leading SaaS deployment programs.
Experience with Signavio or similar BPM tools.
Strong understanding of API integrations, identity/access controls, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment of Signavio (configuration, integrations, testing, cutover, post-go-live support).
Own production stability and day-to-day support model (incident management, triage, root cause analysis, SLA tracking).
Partner with process owners, IT, security and business teams to design governance and lifecycle processes for process documentation and change.
