Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Signavio deployment including configuration, integrations, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Own production stability, incident management, root-cause analysis, and SLA tracking.
• Design governance, roles, and lifecycle processes for documentation and change.
• Develop training and adoption materials; enable user onboarding.
