Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager Finance IT Deployment & Integration Lead. You will drive deployment, integration, and adoption of Finance transformation solutions across the region, working at the intersection of business and technology.

You can be based in Belgium, the Netherlands, or the UK and will work 3 days per week from a J&J office. You will lead end-to-end SAP Finance / S/4HANA deployment efforts, ensuring alignment with global standards while meeting regional

Qualifications

20+ years preferred of relevant experience leading large-scale ERP deployments and finance tech teams.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment planning and execution for Finance transformation programs.
Coordinate end-to-end integration across Finance, Supply Chain, and other systems.
Develop and manage deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization plans.
Engage stakeholders to align deployment strategies and adoption of new capabilities.
Establish governance frameworks and monitor risks, issues, and compliance.
Partner with global teams and external partners to deliver deployments on schedule.
Co-lead a global team of finance technology and deployment professionals.
