Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in global trade or related processes.
• Experience supporting global trade compliance operations and controls.
• Experience designing, improving, or implementing business processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP preferred for this role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across global, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and document current and future-state global trade processes.
• Convert business challenges into standardized, practical solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, compliance, and process owners to align requirements.
• Lead workshops and design reviews for stakeholder alignment.
• Identify ways to simplify processes, strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and increase efficiency.
• Support system configuration, testing, deployment, and governance artifacts.
