DHL Supply Chain in the Netherlands is seeking a Shift Manager to lead operations and a team of Team Leaders. You will drive process improvements, enhance customer satisfaction and develop employees in a dynamic logistics environment.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership of mid‑sized teams, a solid grasp of logistics processes, and excellent Dutch and English communication. You will coach, monitor customer interactions, and document workflows to ensure clear procedures.

Team & DHL Supply Chain
