Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Oud-Gastel is looking for a Team Leader to strengthen a 15–20 person operation, overseeing daily warehouse tasks and coordinating with fellow Team Leaders across two shifts (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00).

You will coach team members on performance and development, manage personnel planning and time registration, and foster a safe, inclusive, and motivated work environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills; you work easily with systems and reports.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.

• A full-time position (40 hours per week) in shift work (06:00–15:00 & 15:00–00:00)
• Salary: between €3,039 and €3,600 gross per month (with growth potential up to €4,490, depending on experience)
• Shift allowance: +30% for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00
