Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Netherlands is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to drive inbound operations and implement a new customer-focused process. This is a full-time role with two shifts (06:00-15:00 and 15:00-00:00) and occasional weekend work.

You will coach up to 15–20 Warehouse Operators, analyse performance, and develop the team while ensuring safety and timely reporting. The position offers a personal budget via the CLA and a multicultural, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

Vocational education level (MBO+) or HBO required.
At least three years of leadership experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain.
Proven experience managing and developing operational teams.
Energetic and hands-on attitude with ability to motivate others.
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
Strong interpersonal skills and approachable leadership style.

Responsibilities

Lead 15–20 Warehouse Operators in inbound department for a new process.
Coach team members one-on-one and analyze performance.
Create reports and extract results from the warehouse management system.
Ensure safety on the work floor.
Discuss improvement proposals with the Operations Manager and other Team Leaders.
Schedule training hours and maintain hours registration.
