Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Netherlands is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to drive inbound operations and implement a new customer-focused process. This is a full-time role with two shifts (06:00-15:00 and 15:00-00:00) and occasional weekend work.

You will coach up to 15–20 Warehouse Operators, analyse performance, and develop the team while ensuring safety and timely reporting. The position offers a personal budget via the CLA and a multicultural, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Vocational education level (MBO+) or HBO required.
• At least three years of leadership experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain.
• Proven experience managing and developing operational teams.
• Energetic and hands-on attitude with ability to motivate others.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and approachable leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead 15–20 Warehouse Operators in inbound department for a new process.
• Coach team members one-on-one and analyze performance.
• Create reports and extract results from the warehouse management system.
• Ensure safety on the work floor.
• Discuss improvement proposals with the Operations Manager and other Team Leaders.
• Schedule training hours and maintain hours registration.
