The role suits those with hospitality experience or a strong desire to grow into leadership, with 18+ age and full-time availability. Training and a dynamic, expanding team await.

Qualifications

• Experienced? You have worked as a shift leader or in a managerial role in hospitality or food service. You know how to lead a team and ensure a smooth, efficient shift.
• No leadership experience? You have worked in hospitality or food service and are ready to take the next step. We’ll train you to become a great shift leader!
• You are at least 18 years old and looking for a full-time job
• You understand or are eager to learn about safety and hygiene (HACCP).
• Working flexible hours (evenings and weekends) is no issue for you.
• You are customer-focused and can professionally handle inquiries or complaints.
• You want to work in a dynamic team and grow within a rapidly expanding company!

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of student workers and create a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
• Ensure quality and make sure every bowl is perfect.
• Help customers craft their perfect bowl while providing top-notch service.
• Manage opening and closing shifts and keep everything running smoothly.
