Job summary

Hawaiian Poké Bowl in the Netherlands seeks enthusiastic shift leaders to grow into leadership roles within a fast‑growing concept. You’ll lead a team of student workers, ensure smooth opening/closing shifts, and deliver top‑notch service while maintaining quality bowls.

We offer a gross hourly wage of €15.67, a 24‑hour contract plus up to 25 vacation days and travel allowance, plus growth opportunities from shift leader to restaurant manager in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experienced in hospitality or food service leadership.
• Willing to learn HACCP and safety practices.
• Able to work evenings and weekends with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of student workers and foster a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure quality and consistency of every bowl.
• Assist customers to craft their perfect bowl and provide excellent service.
• Manage opening and closing shifts and keep operations smooth.
• Learn KPIs and help optimize restaurant performance.
