Manpower in Venlo is looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead a production team and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will play a key role in achieving safety, quality and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Experience leading teams of 20 or more employees.
• Strong understanding of production processes and operational KPIs.
• Experience managing safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.
• Excellent command of the English language (mandatory).
• Hands-on mentality and structured way of working.
• Experience within manufacturing, process industries or large-scale logistics operations.
• Knowledge of Dutch, German or Polish is an advantage.

Job description

In this role, you will lead a production team, oversee daily operations and play a key role in achieving safety, quality and performance targets. In return, you will receive a direct contract with the employer, an annual salary between €54,000 and €60,000, shift allowances, a bonus scheme and the opportunity to work in an international production environment.

As a Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for leading one of the production departments during your shift. You ensure operations run smoothly, support your team and respond quickly when priorities change.

Your responsibilities include

• Leading a team of approximately 20 to 25 operators, increasing to 40 to 45 employees during peak periods
• Monitoring daily production performance and achieving operational targets
• Managing KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery and cost

Working hours

You will work in a four-shift rotation. Saturday is always a fixed day off.
