Jobster in Venlo is looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead a production department on a four-shift rotation. The role involves guiding a team of about 20–25 operators, expanding to 40–45 in peak periods, and ensuring safety, quality and delivery targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production team on shift is required.
• Strong ability to monitor KPIs related to safety, quality and cost.
• Excellent communication on the shop floor and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production department during your shift and supervise ~20–25 operators, rising to 40–45 during peak.
• Monitor daily production performance and achieve operational targets.
• Manage KPIs for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Identify disruptions and take corrective action.
• Coordinate interconnected production processes and coach the team.
