Job summary

Lanza Jobs in the Venlo area is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide the production team, ensure quality and safety, and keep production running on plan.

You will coordinate daily activities, support and motivate staff, monitor planning and progress, resolve issues, and contribute to a safe, efficient workplace. Fluent English required; Polish is required; Dutch is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coordinating production.
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on, practical approach.
• Structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Fluent English (minimum B1).
• Polish language required.
• Dutch language is an advantage.

Job description

Are you a natural leader with experience in a production environment? For a company in the Venlo area, we are looking for a Production Team Leader to help manage and support the production team.

In this role, you will be closely involved in the daily production process. You will guide employees, keep an eye on quality and safety, and help ensure that production runs efficiently and according to plan.

What will you do?
