Job summary

Uitzendbureau in Venlo zoekt een Shift Supervisor die een productieteam leidt en dagelijkse operaties overziet. In deze rol krijg je een direct contract bij de werkgever en een bruto jaarsalaris tussen €54.000 en €60.000.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de operationele doelstellingen, het ondersteunen van je team en het coördineren van de productieprocessen. Je komt terecht in een multiculturele werkomgeving waar teamwork en continue verbetering belangrijk zijn.

Qualifications

• Je beheerst vloeiend Engels.

Responsibilities

• Leiden van een team van 20 tot 25 operators.
• Monitoren van de dagelijkse productieprestaties.
• Beheren van KPI's gerelateerd aan veiligheid, kwaliteit, levering en kosten.
• Identificeren van operationele verstoringen en direct corrigerende maatregelen nemen.
• Coördineren van meerdere onderling verbonden productieprocessen.
• Structuur bieden, coachen en duidelijke communicatie op de werkvloer.
• Ondersteunen van continue verbeterinitiatieven binnen de afdeling.

As a Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for leading one of the production departments during your shift. You ensure operations run smoothly, support your team and respond quickly when priorities change.

Your responsibilities include

• Leading a team of approximately 20 to 25 operators, increasing to 40 to 45 employees during peak periods
• Monitoring daily production performance and achieving operational targets
• Managing KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery and cost
• Identifying operational disruptions and taking immediate corrective action
• Coordinating multiple interconnected production processes
• Providing structure, coaching and clear communication on the shop floor
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the department
