Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations of your shift (approx. 80 employees).
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams.
• Ensure production targets, planning, and deadlines are met.
• Monitor quality, safety, and performance on the shop floor.
• Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen / 5S / Lean projects).
• Coordinate with Technical Services, Logistics, and Planning.
• Report technical deviations and support problem-solving.

What will you do?

As Shift Leader Production, you are responsible for the daily operations of your shift (approx. 80 employees). Together with other Shift Leaders, you ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production.

• Lead, coach and develop production teams;
• Ensure production targets, planning and deadlines are met;
• Monitor quality, safety and performance on the shop floor;
• Lead daily whiteboard meetings;
• Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen / 5S / Lean projects);
• Coordinate with Technical Services, Logistics and Planning;
• Report technical deviations and support problem-solving.

What will you bring?

• Proven experience leading production teams (preferably in food production);
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Quality- and results-driven mindset;
• Comfortable working cross-functionally;
• English (B1 or higher) and Polish required; Dutch is a plus.
