Job summary

VistaPrint Venlo is hiring for 4Shift Production Supervisors to lead a high-volume manufacturing floor, drive daily start-up meetings and champion SQDCP: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.

You will coach your team, troubleshoot quality alerts, collaborate with Maintenance and Quality, and ensure the production environment is safe, organized and efficient. English proficiency is required; Dutch, German or Polish are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shift supervision experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• You are a communicator, a problem-solver, and a team player.
• Growth mindset with ability to influence and lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift: drive daily start-up meetings centered on SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity).
• Coach and develop team members with feedback and training to excel.
• Solve problems on the floor by troubleshooting quality alerts, process changes and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality teams to ensure a safe, organized and efficient production environment.
