Job summary

VistaPrint is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment Coordinator for our Venlo production site. You will lead the development, implementation and auditing of SHE policies in collaboration with Plant Leadership to foster a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated SHE experience within a dynamic production, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
• Bachelor's (HBO level) degree and a recognized SHE qualification (MVK/HVK or equivalent).
• Fluent in English, enabling effective communication with our international organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and audit comprehensive SHE policies and procedures with Plant Leadership.
• Craft detailed occupational SHE plans ensuring Dutch/EU compliance and VistaPrint policies.
• Lead site-wide safety training, conduct drills, and foster a safety-first culture.
• Perform risk assessments and incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Engage with teams to promote shared ownership of a healthy workplace.
• Manage environmental compliance programs and monitor EPIs, permits, waste.
