Job summary

VistaPrint is seeking a proactive Safety Coordinator for its Venlo facility. This role focuses on strengthening safety culture across manufacturing operations, with heavy shop-floor engagement to identify risks and coach safe practices.

You will support regulatory compliance, safety improvements, and daily safety activities including PPE vending and emergency response coordination, while aligning with health and safety legislation and internal standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Health & Safety or SHE in manufacturing.
• Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, safety audits.
• Able to coach on safe working practices on shop floor.
• Comfortable communicating with a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor and build relationships with operators, team leaders and managers.
• Conduct workplace inspections, identify hazards and address unsafe conditions and behaviours.
• Coach employees on safe working practices and confidently challenge unsafe behaviour when necessary.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and safety deviations, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions.
• Support risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, contractor safety and employee training.
