Job summary

VistaPrint Manufacturing in Venlo, NL seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to lead planning, preparation, and execution of maintenance activities. You will optimize the preventive maintenance program in Ultimo CMMS, integrate new equipment with proper documentation, and implement technical improvements with suppliers.

Collaboration across Production and Engineering will drive VDM, TPM, and Lean Six Sigma practices.

Qualifications

Must have HBO-level degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Professional experience in maintenance or reliability engineering.
Fluency in English and Dutch with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and execute maintenance activities to maximize asset availability and safety.
Optimize preventive maintenance program in CMMS (Ultimo) and ensure value to operations.
Lead integration of new equipment into the CMMS with proper docs and validation.
Identify and implement technical improvements with external suppliers for quotes and execution.
Analyze maintenance data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Document solutions and provide technical instructions to Maintenance team.
Collaborate with Production and Engineering on VDM/TPM/Lean Six Sigma practices.
