Job summary

Hawaiian | Poke Bowl in Almere is opening a brand-new location and seeks an enthusiastic shiftleader to guide a team of student employees and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow. ASAP start with training offsite; some travel in the first weeks.

We offer a gross hourly wage of €15.67, a 38-hour contract, vacation days and a commuting allowance, plus growth opportunities from shiftleader to restaurant manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as shiftleader or leadership role in hospitality or foodservice.
• Willing to learn and grow into leadership positions.
• Able to work evenings and weekends and be flexible with hours.
• You must be 18+ with a valid residence/work permit and BSN number.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of student employees and ensure a positive, efficient workflow.
• Monitor quality and ensure bowls are prepared to standard.
• Assist customers with orders and provide top-level service.
• Manage opening and closing shifts and maintain smooth operations.
• Learn about KPIs and help manage restaurant performance.
