Miuz Gelato in Amsterdam is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader with at least one year of leadership experience in hospitality. You will lead a small team, ensure warm guest service, and manage floor operations during busy evenings and weekends.

Miuz Gelato is an artisanal Italian gelateria located in the heart of Amsterdam, blending time-honored Italian traditions with modern innovation. We craft our gelato using high-quality ingredients, sourced locally and sustainably where possible — from Dutch milk and strawberries to premium pistachios from Bronte.

Our commitment to quality goes hand in hand with our focus on sustainability, using recyclable and compostable packaging and supporting local producers.

After successfully opening our second store within three years, we are now entering a new phase of growth and scaling our operations.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of leadership experience in the Hospitality sector and will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.This role requires 5 days/week availability (at least 3 days during evening hours including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
