Job summary

SnowWorld Amsterdam is seeking a Shiftleader Food & Beverage to oversee daily operations across our restaurants, terraces, bars and event spaces. You will lead on the floor, coach the team, and ensure a warm, professional guest experience under the direction of the F&B Manager.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in hospitality, strong Dutch and English, and excellent communication and organisational skills. 32–38 hours weekly, with evenings, weekends and public holidays worked as needed.

A day on the slopes is only complete with a delicious lunch, a relaxing drink or a great dinner. As a Shiftleader Food & Beverage, you and your team ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome, excellent service and an unforgettable hospitality experience.

You will be responsible for the daily operational leadership of our teams across our restaurants, terraces, bars and event spaces. You are highly visible on the floor, actively participate in the operation and make sure everything runs smoothly. Together with the Food & Beverage Manager and fellow Shiftleaders, you contribute to a welcoming, professional and efficient F&B operation.

What will you do?

• Lead and support the Food & Beverage team during daily operations;

Who are you?

• You have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, for example in table service;
• Previous experience in leading or coaching colleagues is preferred;
• You have a good command of Dutch and English
• You have strong communication and organisational skills;
• You are proactive, guest-oriented and flexible;
• You are available to work from 32 to 38 hours per week;
• You are flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• A gross monthly salary between € 3,024.84 and € 4,198.66 based on a full-time position of 38 hours per week, depending on your education and experience;
• Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometre;
