Job summary

Flink in the Netherlands seeks a Shift Lead (m/f/d) to be the right hand of the Hub Manager, leading hands-on on the floor. You guide pickers and riders, drive on-time deliveries, and keep operations sharp from start to finish while keeping the team motivated and supported.

The base pay is €15.96–€17.14 per hour gross, with development opportunities and a 10% discount on Flink groceries. Join a fast-paced scale-up culture focused on ownership and excellence.

Qualifications

• Available for at least 24 hours per week.
• Managerial experience in logistics, retail and/or catering is preferred.
• Calm under stress with ability to motivate the team daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders.
• Oversee productivity and safety during the shift.
• Be hands‑on with picking, packing, and inbounding.
• Support the Hub Manager in their absence and drive hub goals.
• Ensure safety, people coaching, inventory, equipment checks, hygiene, and onboarding.
