Job summary

VistaPrint is seeking a proactive SHEQ Specialist to join the SHEQ team on the production floor. You will manage quality and safety processes with autonomy, supporting Engineering on large projects and bridging high-level standards with daily execution.

Qualifications

• MBO level 3/4 in a technical or related field.
• Proven experience in quality and safety within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to collect samples, conduct visual inspections, and use data to drive real-world improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills; translate safety rules into understandable instructions for a diverse workforce.
• Ownership: plan your own work and take responsibility within your scope.

Responsibilities

• Quality Management: Support the implementation and maintenance of the QMS and conduct audits.
• Safety Inspections: Proactively inspect sites, report hazards and drive resolution to maintain a safe environment.
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace incidents and customer complaints; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Propose changes to testing parameters and frequencies; streamline procedures.
• Mentorship & Training: Deliver training on regulatory topics and mentor junior team members.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering and Production to maintain documentation and prep for ISO audits.
