Job summary

VistaPrint Venlo is hiring a 4Shift Production Supervisor to lead the floor, optimize processes, and champion safety on a high-volume manufacturing site in the Netherlands.

You will drive daily startup meetings focused on SQDCP—Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity—while coaching your team and collaborating with maintenance and quality teams to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shift supervision experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proficient in English; Dutch/German/Polish is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing mindset and continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

You will be the bridge between our strategy and our floor operations. Key responsibilities include:

Lead the Shift:Drive daily start-up meetings centered onSQDCP(Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity) to keep your team aligned.

Coach & Develop:Empower your team members, providing the feedback and training they need to excel.

Solve Problems:Work on the floor to troubleshoot quality alerts, process changes, and technical challenges.

Collaborate:Partner with Maintenance and Quality teams to ensure our production environment is organized, safe, and efficient.

Nice to Have

A degree or certification in a technical or business field (MBO+ level or equivalent)

Practical experience in Operations Management and a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles
