Job summary

VistaPrint Venlo is hiring a 4Shift Production Supervisor to lead the floor, optimize processes, and champion safety on a high-volume manufacturing site in the Netherlands.

You will drive daily startup meetings focused on SQDCP—Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity—while coaching your team and collaborating with maintenance and quality teams to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shift supervision experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proficient in English; Dutch/German/Polish is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing mindset and continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run daily startup meetings focused on SQDCP.
• Coach and develop team members with feedback and training.
• Troubleshoot quality alerts, process changes and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality to ensure safe, organized operations.
