What You Will Do

As a SHEQ Specialist, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy. You will manage essential quality processes independently while providing vital support to our Engineering teams on larger‑scale projects. You are the critical link between high‑level safety standards and daily operational execution.

• Quality Management: Support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). Perform advanced process audits and analyze statistical data to ensure compliance.
• Safety Inspections: Proactively inspect work sites to detect hazards, facilitating immediate reporting and resolution to maintain a gold‑standard work environment.
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace incidents and customer complaints. You’ll identify root causes and propose sustainable corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Propose changes to testing parameters and frequencies. You will identify opportunities to streamline procedures and elevate deviations when necessary.
• Mentorship & Training: Deliver training sessions on regulatory topics and act as a mentor for junior team members.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to maintain documentation and prepare for external ISO audits.
