Job summary

JDE Peet’s seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join the Digital & Technology team. You will design, build and optimise SFMC solutions across global markets, driving personalised customer engagement and scalable marketing automation.

The role requires hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder and data extensions, plus strong SQL and API integration skills, in a DevOps/Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for combining technology, data and marketing to create personalised customer experiences and drive measurable business impact.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Contact Builder.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and translate insights into optimisation opportunities.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments and collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong SQL skills and proven experience managing marketing data, segmentation and audience targeting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email campaigns, customer journeys, automations and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse customer engagement data to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved business outcomes.
• Manage and optimise marketing data models, data extensions and SQL-based processes to ensure high-quality, actionable customer data.
• Implement and support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and platforms such as Salesforce core, SAP and other technologies, also API based.
• Contribute to platform stability, continuous improvement and agile delivery by supporting releases, incident management and adoption of SFMC best practices.
