The candidate should have 6–8 years of ServiceNow delivery experience, strong JS/GlideScript skills, and the ability to work with architects and senior technical consultants in enterprise settings. This is a full-time contract based in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ServiceNow delivery experience.
• Strong hands-on configuration capabilities (JS, GlideScript).
• Experience supporting architects and senior technical consultants in enterprise delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute build and configuration tasks aligned with architectural direction.
• Deliver AI-driven features using Now Assist and Agentic AI flow design.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Set up and model CMDB foundations, including population and data structuring.
• Design workflows and integrations using Flow Designer.
• Perform test execution, defect triage, and resolution.
• Produce clear written updates, progress reports and risk flags for project leadership.
• Work independently following PACE playbooks and delivery standards.
