Job summary

Cognizant in Amsterdam is seeking a Technical Consultant – ServiceNow to deliver cloud-based ServiceNow solutions and collaborate across the full delivery lifecycle. You will configure the platform, build workflows, and integrate with SAP, Azure, and Active Directory to meet client requirements.

You will translate business needs into technical designs, perform unit testing, support QA/UAT, and manage deployments via Update Sets or CI/CD pipelines in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration and implementation across multiple modules.
• Active ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
• Strong scripting in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and web tech used in ServiceNow development.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise the ServiceNow platform with focus on workflows and dashboards.
• Build and optimise ITIL processes using Flow Designer and Service Catalog configurations.
• Implement and support system integrations via REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and JDBC.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and manage code deployments.
