Job summary

Exact Software is seeking an Application Specialist ServiceNow to design and implement ServiceNow and Exact Synergy solutions. You will translate business needs into technical designs and work with a team of Developers, Administrators, IT Business Partners, and a Product Owner to deliver value.

You will focus on implementing new requirements, performing testing, and solving complex issues in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with supporting and building solutions in ServiceNow.
Experience with ServiceNow SAM, HAM, ITSM, SPM and dashboarding.
Fluent in English; Dutch is beneficial but not essential.
Experience with Exact Synergy administration and TVM.
Java oriented; also experience in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow and Synergy solutions.
Implement best practices of ServiceNow and Synergy.
Execute test plans and ensure a quality solution is delivered.
Analyze and solve/adjust complex issues within the existing implementation.
Help the support team in IT Operations when required.
Act as a subject matter expert to colleagues and support others in architecting the best solutions.
