Job summary

Exact is seeking an Application Specialist ServiceNow to join the internal IT department in Delft. You will design and implement new requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions within an agile team of Developers, Administrators, IT Business Partners and a Product Owner.

In this hybrid role (50% in the office) you’ll work on ServiceNow and Exact Synergy, ensuring instant value and business alignment. Fluent English is required; Dutch is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with supporting and building solutions in ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow SAM, HAM, ITSM, SPM and dashboarding.
• Fluent in English is a must; Dutch is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Implement Best Practices of ServiceNow and Synergy.
• Execute test plans and ensure a quality solution is delivered.
• Analyze and solve/adjust complex issues within the existing implementation.
• Help the support team in IT Operations when required.
• Act as a subject matter expert to colleagues and actively support others in architecting the best solutions.
