Job summary

Rezolve Ai is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join an in-flight programme. You will rapidly assess current architecture, backlog and dependencies, then provide leadership to stabilise and accelerate delivery.

The role requires validating design decisions, identifying gaps, and aligning across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, CMDB and related modules. You will work with platform, process, security and data teams to ensure the solution is scalable, integrated and governed,

Qualifications

Hands-on ServiceNow platform knowledge including governance, security and reporting.
Experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM and CMDB modules.
Ability to review architecture, identify gaps and provide pragmatic remediation.
Strong stakeholder collaboration to align design decisions with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Rapidly review in-flight ServiceNow programme, scope, configuration and backlog.
Validate current design supports business outcomes, platform strategy and security.
Identify gaps, debt, and ownership issues requiring confirmation or remediation.
Refine end-to-end architecture: data model, integrations, workflows and controls.
Prioritise backlog items, integration work and delivery blockers with the team.
Assess and improve integration patterns using APIs, Integration Hub and connectors.
Provide architectural oversight across ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
