Job summary

Wipro Limited in The Hague is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to join an in-flight programme. The role focuses on stabilising and accelerating delivery, validating design decisions, and coordinating across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and related modules.

You will lead architectural guidance, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with security, data, and operations teams to ensure an integrated, scalable platform capable of delivering business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow solution architecture experience across live/in-flight implementations.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform: configuration, workflows, data model, security, integrations, reporting.
• Experience across ServiceNow products like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, CMDB, portals, automation.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly review the in-flight ServiceNow programme, scope, architecture, configurations and risks.
• Validate design supports business outcomes, platform strategy, operational model and delivery roadmap.
• Identify gaps, technical debt, data issues, security considerations and ownership.
• Refine end-to-end architecture: data model, integrations, workflow design, security model and controls.
• Prioritize backlog items, design questions, dependencies, integration work and testing needs.
• Provide architectural guidance during build, testing, deployment planning and adoption activities.
• Prepare mid-project recommendations, decision records and remediation plans to keep delivery aligned.
